We're giving iPod video, iPod nano, or iPod shuffle as a gift for Chameleon Clock orders started from $290. This offer is valid from November, 25 to December, 25. You receive one of the following iPod models:
iPod video - for orders from $690 or more
iPod nano - for orders from $490 or more
iPod shuffle (2nd gen.) - for orders from $290 or more
You can choose a color from silver, white, or blue (if available for the particular player model). After the order is processed, email us with the Order ID and desired player color.
This is not a contest! This giveaway is for each order satisfied requirements of the giveaway rules.
Giveaway period: For orders placed from November 25, 2007 to December 25, 2007
Eligibility: U.S. residents ordered Chameleon Clock for $290 or more and emailed us at jury@softshape.com with the Order ID. Individuals may place multiple orders and receive the appropriate number of multiple entries.
Giveaway entries : No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any iPods will be permitted. All iPods are given "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Limitations on liability: Softshape Development assumes no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the drawing or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of entries.
